How can i fix my wet 42", SANYO flat tv?

My Dauthers was playing with a water gun n she star shutting the screen. (42" SANYO Flat tv) We just bout it i guess the water when tru n star coming out black lines in the bottom n the top. Is been a week, i thouth its was goin to dry.
