this is great help. it helped fix mine. but what is the cause of the fault?

press reset button remove front cover 2 screws on bottom remove silver front panel 2 screws in top left hand corner 2 black prongs inbetween red button press this will resett on front cover left hand side sett to 0 then restart boiler
