Grass Trimmer?

I bought a Grass Trimmer at Focus and have used it several times. The holder for the cord reel has started to fly off when I start the trimmer. Any ideas please of what has gone wrong. I dont think they stock this any more

how to gain access to pull cord on mcculloch 32 cc grass strimmer, the outer part of the clutch casing has a small cylider and the square drive is for the head. is there a special tool to remove this part. there are two types of this strimmer
