Can i get a water inlet strainer/Filter for Bosch Maxx Exxcel 1200?

My machine is not working and my husband has checked and found that the water inlet strainer has a part missing (he said this part looks like the wand in a bottle of kids bubbles). We have not touched it, so it must have got sucked into the machine, can we just replace this part. Money is an issue.
