Mend Bush DVRHS01 Problems Decided Better

problems with Bush DVD-Rw recorder model DVRHS01?

Started having problems with playback so we decided we better finalise any discs we have as we may have to buy a new recorder. When we went to finalise we were unable to as finalise window was highlighted in red and would not accept instructions.
