Mend Polti 3300 Working Properly Red

do i need to send my polti to a registered repairer?

My Polti 3300 steam cleaner is not working properly. The red button which indicates the steam pressure does not light up. Can I get an electrician to look at it, or do I need to send it to a registered polti dealer.
