Mend White Knight 42AW Tumble Dryer Button Problem

on my white knight 42AW, it says to press ?

the red button on the back, but it wont press? what am i doing wrong

It will only press in if it has popped out for safety.because it doesn't press means it is ok and doesn't need resetting
