is there a shear pin between mower blade and spindle?

I hit a stump with my ZTR Dixon and one of the 3 blades now spins itself off the spindle when I disengate the electric clutch, no matter how hard I tighten the bolt. Is there a shear pin that needs replacing before bolting it back together?
