How do I get the pressure down, I accidentially put it up too high? ?

I accidentially put too much pressure in boiler, it is on 3 and a half bars, we have tried draining radiators to see if this helps and it hasn't budged. Help

if you know how to operate the relief valve thats ur best bet, if not, make sure ur rads are cold ie heating off then get a pan under one of the nuts to the side of ur rad loosen nut with spanner catch water in pan and retighten probably best if you turn boiler of completely providing you know how to restart it
