reset department pricing or complete factory reset of sharp xe-a102?

One of our non intelligent operators have programmed a department code to be priced so that each time a department is hit, it will only allow to put in the same price- but I need to put in other prices on the same department as we need to allow for extra toppings etc and use the same department to charge on. However E keeps coming up on that department code and i can only enter something on there if i have it pre-programmed. I cannot use the department code pre-programmed as all my departments need to be flexible to allow me to input more as we are a milkshake and ice cream bar- what ever toppings that people have extra need to be charged seperately on the same department code. Help please.
