How can I fix my Diplomat dishwasher model ADP8500?

My dishwasher stopped before the end of the cycle and showed 2 flashing green lights. I turned the machine off and emptied it, but now when I want to start a new programme, it still shows 2 flashing green lights and does not fill with water.
