Mend Slide Patio Door

tilt and slide patio door has come off top rail?

i was opening my tilt and slide patio door when it dropped on me.it seems to have come off the runner at the top of the patio frame.can i fix this.

be very carefull people have been hurt from this system there are two sliding rails on the top of the door and the wheels break off i suggest when you repair this add extra runners because they will break again
