Tiny DVR-1000, won't power up?

mine power up and display flshing "HELLO". Nothing hapens after.

same thing happen to mine. problem was tw0 of the capaictors on the power baord had blown. replaced these and now it works fine

Can't tell you how to fix it i'm afraid, but I can tell you that we were given one of these (Tiny DVR-1000) for christmas and have had it do the same thing twice. Both times we sent it back and recieved a brand new one. The one we've got now won't play the soundtrack, it only plays the theme tunes!?! It's going in the bin! Basically, in my personal opinion, it's pants!
