How can I fix my Turboflush macerator?

Try clearing the anti cavitation vent from the pump to let the air out when the unit starts to pump if it blocks it can cause this problem, ask Saniflo for a parts diagram and you can see the bypass on it.

You havnt said how old the unit is, assuming its more than a couple of years old it sound like the unit may be worn out. I wouldnt advise trying to fix it as it can be a very unpleasant job, also the unit may be pressurising internally due to a fault, opening up the unit could result in a pee and poo shower everywhere so beware!! Other causes of failure/fault can be due to something going down the toilet that shouldnt for example: Makeup balls,cotton buds, sanitary towels, dental floss, and condoms, all of these can either breaker the macerator blades or wrap around them jamming them up all together. Hope this helps??
