Mend Vauxhall Mk5 Astra Fault Fan Working

astra heater fault?

The heater fan has stopped working on my Mk5 05 astra. I have checked all the fuses, can you help please

Vauxhall Vauxhall Mk5 Astra Vehicles, Cars Fault Fan Working

I have a MK4 and my heater packed up. The fault was a very poor[cheap] way of earthing the armature. A piece of wire is "jammed" between the plates. I drilled a hole in the body and soldered on a solder tag and screwed it together. Worked great.
