diplomat dishwasher?

My diplomat dishwasher is going through its cycle but dishes are not cleaned.have checked for kinks in hoses at back,checked filter and stripped down spray arms and associated pipework for blockages.I disconnected motor and checked resistance using multimeter and the reading was 30ohms the motor seems to be free to move.would appreciate any more ideas?????........
