the central locking on my x reg transit drivers door does not engage?

the central locking on my x reg transit drivers door wont lock therefore the rest of the locks wont work the key wont go all the way round

sounds like lock seized inside spray wd40 into lock where key goes and door lock itself leave overnight and try again if not work replace door lock not barrel
