renault megane coupe 1.6 1998?

Look for the fan belt,this is usually driven off the crankshaft which should be the bottom large pulley,crankshaft sensor is usually at the other end near the g/box bell housing taking signals off the flywheel,look for any wiring looms and connectors near there

If you don't know where the crankshaft is? I would suggest you take it to a garage for them to do the work as your lack of the basic knowledge of an engine would indicate you are not competent to do any work on your car!!!!!!
