Amazon offer several at 10m starting at £7

If you want exactly 8m you may need to have it made for you £££

Wikipedia tells that the maximum length of a Scart Lead is 10 - 15m although Amazon are showing one at 20m

Gold plated contacts are good but only if plugging into a gold plated socket - with dissimilar metals you can get corrosion on the contact faces.
