Mend Znen Tommy Head Light Stay

znen tommy electrical?

my znen tommy burnt out the head light and now as the motor runs all other electrical flickers,blinkers wont blink just stay on when i did the voltage regulator test my voltage while running drops to about 5 or 6 volts
