Mend Binatone BD-GPS310 Stuck Start Screen

My sat nav seems to be stuck on the Binatone start up screen?

How do i reset the sat nav so that it isnt stuck?

Somewhere on the sat nav using a pin or something similar you can reset back to factory settings, and that should solve the problem. Let me know what happens please, if it works or not
