How to fix a mixer with a problem?

This unit has a couple of minor issues: mixer works well on speeds 2 & 3 but the clutch will not switch to speed 1..also, the motor sounds good but the unit shakes a bit, especially on high speed..this unit is in need of a minor tune-up to get it working at its full potential
