How can I fix my Fisher and Paykel E331T?

How can I fix my Fisher and Paykel E331T, it has a defrost problem-it is not defrosting and the alarm is beeping.
By the way I am a refrigeration mechanic.

Count the beeps when in alarm. Number of beeps is the error code which will give some idea of what is wrong.
