replace a lock cyilider on a upvc door?

If the door is in the open position, on the edge of the door you'll see a screw head, roughly in line with the door lock barrel. Remove that retaining screw, the put your spare key in the lock and turn it slightly until you can slide it out. Then put the new barrel in the same way, with the key in the lock, turned slightly to allow barrel to slide into place, then line up the retaining screw and screw it back in.

look on the side of the door lock in-line with the cylinder is a screw remove this and this will allow the barrell to be removed. you will need to put your key in the lock and turn slightly so you can slide the barrell out. if you don't have the key the barrell will need to be picked or drilled out would not recommend doing this if you haven't done this b4.
