I have code for radio but can't put code in for a renault scenic,1999 ?

To the right of the steering wheel are the remote controls for the stereo. On this you will find a wheel, if you rotate this the first digit in the radio display will change, make this the first digit of your code, then press the button under the remote quickly, the display will now move to the second digit, repeat the wheel movement to change second digit to the second digit of your code. Repeat this until your code is shown in the display, then press and hold the button under the remote until stereo bleeps and starts to operate. if it doesn't operate then you have the wrong code
