replacing hinges on double glazed door?

How can i replace the hinges on the double glazed door on our porch. The door is now very difficult to shut as the hinges are damaged and the door has dropped. The company who fitted the doors have gone out of business.

Take a couple of photographs of the hinges and measure them, send these to a number of companies after web searching replacement hinges for UPVC doors. You may well be lucky and get exact replacement hinges.
