How can I fix my Diplomat Dishwasher model aca9202 integrated model?

Opened machine in error, water in bottom not as yet pumped out,have tried all tips on restarting,and cannot get machine to work ,program button 5 keeps flashing start button lite up, have tried all suggestions none working.machine will not restart,Please help if you can before very expensive call out,
