use a pin on the lower side of the Hot/Cold button on the top of the tap and unscrew the screw to remove the tap control, then gently lift the spout maybe rotating slightly as you pull. (it has an "O" ring that maybe a little dry making it hard to remove. Smear a little vaseline on "O" ring when replacing with new spout)

Underneath the mounting plate there is a large (17mm?) nut. Unscrew this and the spout will then pull out. But when unscrewing the nut, make sure the collar immediately above the mounting plate is held, otherwise it just keeps going round.
