Mend Dometic 12v double Electric Steps Up

How do I get my motorhomes electric steps up?

The steps on my motorhome are stuck in the down position.They are Omnistor 12v double. The problem appears to be mechanical rather than electrical. I need to raise them to drive to the dealers to get them fixed
