my car doesnt recognised the key card ?

when i try to start my card it doesn't recongnised the key card;a msg come up insert key battery its fine i can lock and unlock with the card key but still not recongnised the key card the rac man come and say my slot key card is been push away so is the reason why some time it doesn't pick up the signal what can i do..
