Leaking Toilet Waste Pipe?

Hi! I've recently discovered a leak in our toilet waste pipe which runs through the basement towards the manhole in next doors driveway.

It's leaking from two areas which I've circled in the picture below. It's leaking about 100ml everytime the toilet is flushed.
