transmission very warm on matbro TR250-110?

the transmission on a matbro TR250-110 powershift gets very warm and then starts to jump

we had a similar problem with a tr200 , the oil cooler had gone and the torque oil was milky , even after the oil cooler was fixed the box still over heated and had to be overhauled
