How do I fix my stuck pvc window?

I went to close my pvc bathroom window but found it would not close the last 3inches to the frame. It runs smoothly to the last few inches but then seems to stick. I can't see anything obstructing the runners of the window.What could be and do you know how I can fix it myself?
