Mend Powerbase Excel 18v

cordless drill?

I have a Powerbase Excel 18v cordless hammer drill. I think a shear pin must have gone as the drill just free wheels when operated ie; zero torque. Any idea how to repair it or where a shear pin can be purchased from?
