Hi, my zafira has a limp mode probs but in a starnge way, took it to be code read at local garage and said throttle body so had replaced still the same then it came up pedal sensor and yet again the same.code read again says tb again..lol car can run fine for a few miles before starts limping but if running fine and get above 40mph i have no probs , ie plymouth 220miles on motor not once in limp mode soon as i slow down to below 40 then limp mode . now garage want to strip down and check elecs as they say the voltage disapears between the tb and pedal sensor, anybody have any ideas.
i have the same problem with the same codes and the dealer i bought the car from will not help. currently seeking help through finance company, however did u eventually find a solution.

ok, having probs with the garage now refusing to complete anymore work. been vauxhall for tech 2 test same faults as prior to changing both throttle body and pedal. fault codes p1122,p1120,p1550. ask to put old tb back on as dont need it and they refused point blank, could this be a bad wire or ecu?

already removed the egr and cleaned it, still dosent explain why loss of power when running at low speed, i can still get up to 70mph in limp mode . eg getting on motorway today on the on ramp i turned off engine and restarted once i was doing 40mph and floored it and never went into limp mode again. dont know what it is seems as soon as the car has done about 15 miles then limpmode occurs at low speed.
