If you go to your local automotive parts dealer ,they can put details into their pc and tell you the exact oil you need,I have a navara d22 04 plate ,They recomended MILLERS SEMI SYNTHETIC , but I cannot remember the details.hope it is of some help.by the way my navara has done 161.000 miles and is as sweet as a nut.
