Mend Hotpoint Mistral Going Degrees

hotpoint mistral fridge compartment temperature fluctuation?

the fridge keeps going between 6 degrees and 16 degrees. have checked that door hinges are ok and door is sealing properly. Have taken back panel of freezer off and de-iced pipes etc... It doesnt make the whirring noises anymore. it is a hotpoint mistral.
