How do I put my Singer 9022 back together?

The lever that should raise and lower the pressure foot was not working so I took the machine apart & fixed the problem. But as I was putting it back together I could not remember where the "needle thread tension release assembly" is supposed to go & the diagram I have is really unclear. Can you help me?

I don't know how much of the tension assembly you have taken apart but it is something that you need to be shown physically how it goes to get it right.
