My Grundig TV picture moved up an inch.!?

on older sets there is a height adjustment. On new sets there is a capacitor in the vertical output ,you can bridge a 100 Uf cap across it and see if it is weak, the picture will fill out . but I worked in a tv shop for 12 years. that is just a test to see where the problem might be. oh that will make a load pop as the cap charges. looking it up in the sams book it is 3 digit numbers that indecates b/w very old, what is your model number?
