how do i connect proform 7.25 q incline motor wiring?

hi can anyone help i disconnected the wiring for the incline motor now i forgot where the wiring plugs its colour coded white black and red there is a small black box next to incline motor where wirres plug?? i am not sure which colour plugs where as its not marked there a five wires 2 black 2 red and 1 white.
