We have been using our shower forsome time with no problem. It was possible to turn the large flow control handle to off and the pump stopped. Now we have to do the same but ALSO turn the temp control handle fully clockwise to 'max cold' before the pump turns off. If we do not then the pump continues to run on. Don't know what the fault is
try gently tapping on the (black box) pressure switch which is located on the out flow side of the pump,as lime scale causes this fault. Also when shower hasent been used for a period of time.

I am being told that this might be due to the shower cartridge possibly needing to be replaced?
