how can i fix my toilet?

You dont even need to remove the pan!... you need a toilet auger!... about 13 pounds for a good one... Amazon.. best bet.. see you tube on how to use.. very easy to do... but be prepared for the smell!!... lol..

I had the same problem when I lived in Madeira, I think the only way is to take the toilet bowl off, away from the floor, you will find that the bowl is blocked with rubbish you cannot get out by poking it, I must point out, I am not a plummer, and I did it.
