Mend Aqualisa Cold Taps O

My Aquastream is noisy, and when the cold taps are on the shower gets too o?

I have a 2004 Aqualisa aquastream thermo intergral power shower. recently I have noticed if a cold tap is turned on the water gets too hot. Also the shower makes a loud noise when running.I have not changed the filters since it was installed .Can I change them , will this resolve the problem . And how do I change the filters?
