How do I replace a solid plate (x2) on my cooker??

I have a Beko DV5631 fan oven. After replacing the oven element two weeks later the two rear plates, that's the small one and the large one, packed in within days of each other. It's a great cooker and my wife wants to keep it. Can anyone help me to keep the peace??
