How to do a convergence on a Sears LXI?

I am working on a Sears LXI mod# 934.5450850. How do I display a test grid to do a convergence? Does Sears sell repair manuals for this set? And finally, any advice on actually doing the convergence would be appreciated. Thanks.

After what seemed to be hours, I finally got the set working again. I found that if I created a grid in PowerPoint (1/2pt. spaced 1/2" apart on a black background, that it worked fine. Also, I cleaned the three lenses with eyeglass cleaner and dried them with a soft, lint free cloth. The set was made in 1988 and as far as I know the lenses had NEVER been cleaned! Really made a difference!
