Mend Magic Chef rb21kn-4a Refrigerator Temperature Cooling

How do I fix my Magic Chef Refrig. model #rb21kn-4a ??

The fridge and freezer on my magic chef are not cold enough. I now have the temp dials maxed at 9 for both and barely getting the temps I need to keep food cold or frozen. Thanks for your help.

Hello,

I would start by making sure the condenser under the fridge is clear from dust and the condenser fan is working. Also, make sure the evaporator fan in the freezer is working too.
