First check battery terminals are clean & secure, next would either put volt meter across battery to see what voltage you have got or not. or even better drop test battery if possible. If that ok,with machine in neutral & out of gear, bridge with a medium thickness piece of wire between large positive on back of starter & small solenoid wire connection ( small spade ),for 2 seconds, engine should turn over, if all ok, you have proved battery & starter ok.If not battery & or starter at fault. If both prove ok then check the following.need to check that the fwd & rev is not at fault, you will not get a feed down to the starter solenoid unless the lever is in neutral, although the lever may be in the neutral postion, as far as the micro switches as concerned it may still be in drive, giving you no feed to starter solenoid. If you are able to get access to panel below steering wheel, follow short part of loom to plug, with ignition only probe plug with mulitimeter, think middle wire is feed up to switch,You may be able to probe wires either side and see if you get power back down each wire in fwd & rev positions, if one of these positions is permantly powered up then that proves the lever is not giving you a neautral position. Also could try unplugging the 2 plugs, and see if you now get it started. If all that proves ok, could be a fault with starter relay. Also Check engine & starter earth straps are clean & secured, think there is also be a fuse on panel for starter
