Mend Bike Start Starts

How can i fix my 200cc quad bike ?

firstly it struggles to start and if it starts then it loses power when i drive and open up a bit. can u please help?

the engine sounds like its running weak for sure,it will be either water in the fuel tank and carb or a blocked jet in the carb or poor fuel flow to the carb,does it have a fuel pump?
