repair font of samsung cn5083v?

I am repairing a tv samsung cn5083v. I have voltage between collector (transistor C4236) and the switch transformer (220V). No voltage in input of switch transformer or something capacitor. In the base of transistor C4236, no voltage too. In the IC801, I don´t know where is the input of the voltage. The TV don´t start, and the red led dont shine. I tested all the diode, resistor, and capacitor, but the font don´t start the transistor. I tested also the transistor, it is ok. Someone can give a help?
