central locking electric windows?

my central locking is not working with the key fob and the battery is tip top but also the electric windows are not working, so you have to open the car physically with the key and you are not be able to open the windows. took it to beadles in bromley they changed something and it worked for a few weeks and then it has returned can anyone help
